Dear Diary

Hi, this is my first diary and I figured I have to introduce myself.

My name is Samuel Wilson and I am a general in the 7th division of the Great Britain Army.

It has been two months since the Second Sino-Japanese War had started and I heard a news yesterday that Japanese has conquered most of the Easter part of China and Nanking, China’s capital, is the next target to be destroyed.

“This gave me a weird feeling that something terrible was going to happen….”

At 3:30 am, I got a call from His Excellency Stanely Baldwin, the Prime Minister of the Great Britain, that I was assigned to be the Chief Executive Officer at the British Singapore army.
He advised me to pay a visit because the situation in China is not looking good and that soon it might affect our territory in Singapore.

I packed my bag and left my house at 4:00 am in the morning.
I kissed my wife and children before I took off.

At the airport, I was sitting at a caffe waiting for my personal airplane and met a reporter name Caroline Tennant.
She was a bright young woman who was about to go to Vietnam to find some interesting news there.

Of course she noticed that I was no ordinary person and asked me all the questions…
So our interview began….

Q: Why are you going to Singapore
A: I was asked by His Excellency to pay a visit to Singapore as I am now the head officer there.
Q: Why? What's happening in Singapore?
A: Singapore is part of the Great Britain and we figured it would soon be influenced by the Japanese if China loses the war.
Q: Then what do you think about the Japanese?
A: I personally think they are being too unreasonable. They are selfish and just wanting to expand their territories because of their greed.
Q: Do you think something's gonna happen?
A: I hope not and that is why I am going there as a prevention. If anything to were to be happened in Singapore, it is definitely going to affect the military in the Great Britain.

Well… that was basically it…
I realized, after the interview, that my plane had arrived and that I had to go.

"I still quite don't know what it is but I felt something strange about her...."

"I felt like as though I was going to see her again…"

“I knew it by my instinct that something felt wrong and this was just a beginning of something huge…”

But for now, I will leave it as it is because I have to start working on my plan to work with the officers in Singapore.

I will write again if anything new comes up.
